Getting started...

Well, the storm has finally passed.  I'm finished my Assistant Hiking Guide course, my students have taken all their exams, I have hard-copies of the books, and the stickers for the front covers are being printed as I speak.  The first book to be delivered will end up at the Elk Lakes Cabin, which I have never visited, but I am definitely looking forward to checking out.  The hike in is pretty straightforward, so my family and some friends will be tagging along.  It should make for an appropriate start to a great and worthwhile project.  I'll post some pictures of the books soon.
